Mr. Culver lives in Sparta, Georgia, which is tucked away in one of the poorest counties in the U.S.A.

His work is in the collection of the American Folk Art Museum, NYC where it will be shown in the upcoming

    "Approaching Abstraction" October 6 2009 through September 2010
